Woburn area parents-to-be now have additional resources to guide them through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care. New England Women’s Healthcare recently leased offices with Cummings Properties in the medical hub at 800 West Cummings Park, on Washington Street. The practice launched earlier this month.
New England Women’s Healthcare (NEWH) is made up of five Obstetrics and Gynecology providers and one Nurse Practitioner: Kimberly Cole, MD; Byungyol Chun, MD; Darrah Curiale, MD; Glen Dixon Jr., MD; Melissa Martin, MD; and Juliette Renzullo, NP.
According to Dr. Curiale, “NEWH represents the joining together of three OB/GYN practices under one roof. We’ve combined the talents of experienced providers and staff in order to offer women the best care possible. It’s been such a pleasure to welcome patients in our new space.”
Along with prenatal care, comprehensive gynecological services are offered in NEWH’s newly renovated 8,255-square-foot office, which was created by Cummings’ in-house design and construction teams. Additional on-site services include ultrasound and blood testing. Labor and delivery services are provided at Winchester Hospital.
“The physicians of New England Women’s Healthcare are well-known and highly respected in their field,” said Leasing Officer Steve Cusano. “We’re honored that they chose to establish their practice at West Cummings Park, and we’re delighted to welcome them as part of the thriving medical community here.”
Cummings Properties’ portfolio of 11 million square feet of prime space accommodates offices, healthcare facilities, labs, restaurants, retail storefronts, warehouses, executive suites, and more. With a portfolio of this size and variety, the firm can meet almost any commercial real estate need from 150 square feet to 300,000 square feet. Its in-house experts in design, construction, and property management offer “one-stop shopping” for the business community.
