BOSTON, September 8, 2017 – For the second year in a row, the Cummings organization was named the Commonwealth’s number one Top Charitable Contributor at Boston Business Journal’s 12th Annual Corporate Citizenship Summit on September 7 in Boston.   With combined charitable giving exceeding $21 million, Woburn-based commercial real estate firm Cummings Properties and its affiliate Cummings Foundation topped the list of the region’s 85 largest corporate contributors to Massachusetts-based charities in 2016. Nation’s largest retailer of wheelchair-accessible vans to open new dealership & showroom in Woburn

WOBURN, September 1, 2017 – MobilityWorks®, the nation's largest retailer of wheelchair-accessible vans, has leased a 10,000-square-foot space in Woburn with Cummings Properties for its newest dealership. The showroom is expected to open later this month at 299 Washington Street. MobilityWorks sells new and pre-owned vans that are modified for wheelchair accessibility, and provides rental vans and adaptive equipment such as hand controls, rotating seats, and scooter lifts. “Woburn is at the nexus of Routes 95/128, Route 93, and Route 3; it’s a very accessible area and ideal for business,” said Roger Brown, general manager at MobilityWorks.
