Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) has established a new location at 600 West Cummings Park in Woburn. The Woburn site is the seventh CARD office to open in Massachusetts. In December 2017, CARD opened a location at Cummings Center in Beverly. CARD’s new 4,700-square-foot center features a sensory gym, which helps children with special needs develop their sensory, communication, and motor skills while improving fitness. Next Step Healthcare, which specializes in skilled nursing facilities, will open its first corporate office in Woburn in May. The company has leased a 10,700-square-foot space at Cummings Properties’ TradeCenter 128 business campus. “Next Step Healthcare was looking for a first-class office space that also afforded easy highway access,” said Senior Leasing Director Rob Yacobian of Cummings Properties. “TradeCenter 128 fit the bill perfectly, with its outstanding quality and suite of convenient amenities. Woburn area parents-to-be now have additional resources to guide them through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care. New England Women’s Healthcare recently leased offices with Cummings Properties in the medical hub at 800 West Cummings Park, on Washington Street. The practice launched earlier this month.
